'BRE bgy pʾpky ˗ MLKA', i.e. 'pus bay Pābag šāh' ('son of Lord Pābag, the King' in Pahlavi) Head of Papak to left, wearing diadem and Parthian-style tiara decorated with pellet-in-crescent.
